Our network of HR consultants includes both broad HR generalists and HR specialists. Some have been in the HR profession for many years, while others have had time for a couple of HR roles in their careers before the consultant role was attractive. That mix gives us a fantastic diversity that benefits our customers because we can support them no matter where in the HR spectrum the need arises. And we learn so much from each other!

There are many reasons to work as a consultant at Intenco. A common factor for many is that they want a context of awesome colleagues to develop with, learn from and have a good time with. As a consultant with us, you can either come in as a sub-consultant through your own company or you can be employed by us for various customer assignments. Regardless of form, you will be a natural part of our team – we care a lot about our consultants and want everyone to become part of the community. We arrange breakfasts, AW:s, joint skills development initiatives and conferences that contribute to community, context and knowledge sharing.

As a consultant with us, you can feel confident that we match you with assignments where you really have the opportunity to contribute based on your skills and what the customer needs. You are always involved at an early stage in the dialogue with the customer to maximize your understanding of the assignment. During the course of the assignment, we are close by for support and sounding board, and there are always consultant colleagues on hand as sounding boards, expert advice or exchange of experience if you need it.
