I still remember the moment I got the call from Intenco. I was in a taxi, heading from a meeting in Oslo, feeling deep down that I needed something new. Just then, my phone rang: "Have you ever thought about becoming a consultant?" That call opened a door for me—the door I had been waiting for. A few months later, in the spring of 2018, I landed my first assignment through Intenco.

At Intenco, co-creation is a core belief—things get better when we do them together. Being part of such a strong and supportive community, while still having the freedom of being my own consultant, is invaluable.
