Why are you a consultant at Intenco?

Intenco is a wonderful network of incredibly knowledgeable HR consultants, which helps us to constantly learn new things and keep up to date on current topics and trends in the field.

I was attracted by coming to a smaller context that is personal and professional, with clear values. My interest in HR has only grown over the years and therefore it felt like a natural step to join Intenco.

We really practice what we preach and we know what we do. All of this leads to us being able to guide our customers, create good relationships and ultimately make really good matches. I get a big kick out of taking part in learning on a daily basis and am proud to be part of such a genuine company, where there is also room for a lot of laughter!
