We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join our dedicated HR team!
As HR Business Partner at Business Sweden your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks across the whole spectrum of HR and experience great variety in your workday, both in terms of the people you support and the assignments you take on. In this HR Business Partner role you support our Region Sweden and our Staff Functions; in total around 20 managers. This role is a great combination of more strategic projects and everyday hands-on support to our managers and the business.
The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:
- Acting as an HR advisor to managers and support in strategic and operational HR matters
- Understanding the business context, driving development, and providing coaching to managers on all levels.
- Collaborating with our managers in recruitment processes for all levels, from entry level to Management positions.
- Driving and participating in HR projects across the organization in areas such as policy- and process development and -harmonization. One area where we will want you to take lead is CSRD, which is of great importance to us going forward.
- Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Drive union negotiations and support in labor law-related matters.
In this role you will work in close cooperation with managers at all levels to ensure that the core HR processes are executed and deployed in a professional manner. Simultaneously, you participate in further developing our HR tools and processes, together with the rest of the HR team, to ensure a high performing organization.
The role is based in Stockholm and you are a part of our central HR team.
We are looking for a driven and dedicated HR Business Partner with solid experience in the whole spectrum of HR in a professional environment. You are comfortable in the kind of global environment that Business Sweden is, you have strong analytical skills and you are naturally data-driven in your HR profession. As a person, you are flexible and you easily adjust and navigate in a fast-paced environment.

Formal requirements
- Academic degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years of broad HR Business Partner role
- Experience from an international environment
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
