- Drive initiatives within employer branding including coordinating events to continuously strengthen our employer brand and our ability to attract top talent.
- Work with our internship program by coordinating activities, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience for our interns.
- Take part in driving improvement- and development projects within HR, including processes and routines. We are continuously developing our ways of working as we grow and this is a great opportunity to participate in, and learn from, that.

Naturally, you have a passion for business and for the industry.
We can offer you a truly exciting opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the working cogs of a leading private equity firm working closely with HR/People team and the wider organization.
In addition to this, you also have:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

You will be a perfect fit if our corporate values resonate with you:
Get things done: We actively work to shorten decision making cycles, always completing our set tasks with quality. We prioritise what lies before us in order to ensure that everything we set out to accomplish is done well, rather than taking on too many things at once.
Dare to be different: We are bold in our thinking and challenge the status quo. We treasure differences of opinion and value complementary perspectives as we seek creative solutions to complex problems.
Love what we do: We are genuinely committed and passionately curious, entrepreneurial in spirit and deed – the best idea wins.
Respect people and the planet: We act with integrity and seek to build trust in all relations. We show responsibility and aspire to be on the right side of history, helping to move our industry towards more sustainable, long-term thinking.
