JDE Peet’s Sweden is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Nordic HR-team and partner with our Sweden and Finland business. In Sweden you support both our B2B and retail businesses and in Finland the focus is on B2B. You will report to the Nordic HR Director and have a dotted line to the Country Director for Sweden & Finland. As a member of the Swedish Management Team, you will be central to shaping our culture and delivering on our people ambitions.

In this hands-on role you will help plan and execute the Sweden and Finland business and HR plans, own the full employee experience including:

· Recruitment and onboarding to development, performance and talent management, change management processes, compensation and benefits and facilitate core HR processes via SuccessFactors (some manual handling/processes for JOBmeal will be required)

· Building strong, professional relationships with unions and lead productive negotiations

· Ensuring local compliance with global HR processes and Swedish labour law across office and field-based employees, and drive initiatives tied to our “Reignite the Amazing” strategy and values

· Facilitating workshops, support implementation of large-scale cross-border projects and partner with managers to solve local tactical and operational challenges

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of solid HR experience, ideally from international FMCG, B2B or Retail, who thrives in a matrix organization and can influence senior stakeholders. You bring strong knowledge of Swedish labour law and collective agreements, experience in union negotiations, proven project management skills, a results-focused, can-do attitude, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, occasional business travel is needed. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
