As HR Administrator at Business Sweden, you will be driving the administrative support for the team. You will be working operationally in a fast-paced environment, connected to the people and culture life cycle, where our on- and offboarding process will be an important part. This will include issuing employee contracts and certificates, you will also support the employee process in our HR system- CatalystOne. Additionally you will digitally support all managers and employees at our offices worldwide.
As our HR Administrator you will report to the Head of HR and be part of the HR team. The team have a wide range of responsibilities, both strategic and operational, and consists of HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Global Mobility, Payroll and Compensations and benefits. The role will be located at Business Sweden’s Headquarters, centrally located at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, with the possibility of working from home 1-2 times a week.
This is a fixed-term employment that lasts for 1 year.
The role includes:
- Work in close cooperation with our payroll function to help in the administrative support, in the interface between HR and payroll.
- Contact with Swedish Tax Authority and The Swedish Social Insurance Agency
- First hand support to managers and employees
- Administration and archiving related to employment contracts, certificates, insurances and more
- Coordinating on- and offboarding
- Contributing to HR process improvements with focus on digitalization
- Superuser in our HR system CatalystOne

Formal requirements:
- Relevant qualification/degree/education in payroll or HR
- Relevant working experience, in payroll, HR
- A high level of working proficiency in English, written and spoken. Swedish is considered a plus.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working with CatalystOne.
